The Chair’s Office is launching a Community of Practice (CoP) to support practical, safe, and effective use of ChatGPT Enterprise across the Department of Medicine.
This will be a peer-driven forum focused on real workflows: what’s working, what’s not, and how we can reuse and build on each other’s work rather than starting from scratch.
What to expect
- Biweekly 50-minute sessions
- Short demos and showcases from colleagues
- Practical skill-building (e.g. administrative workflows, custom GPTs, prompting best practices)
- Time to workshop real use-cases and challenges

- Prompt Library (real examples from across DOM)
- GPT Library (repeatable workflows and tools)
- A growing use case repository to reduce duplication and surface what’s already working
