  • Data is not used to train external models
  • Chats are retained for up to 90 days; save your work outside ChatGPT
  • External integrations and broad sharing are currently limited
  • P3 and P4 data are approved in the regulated workspace
     

Training

Required: SPARK AI Foundations training

All Enterprise users must complete SPARK AI Foundations within 60 days of gaining access.

Use a consistent structure to improve output quality. The more context you give, the better the result.

Key principles:

  • Be explicit about what you want 
  • Provide examples where possible 
  • Specify the output format 
  • Include checks for accuracy and completeness 
  • If the output is off, identify what's missing and adjust the prompt — do not start over
