Preparing for a Purposeful Retirement
Join a two-part, in-person workshop designed for UCSF staff who are preparing for what’s next.
Retirement is more than a financial milestone. This pilot program supports staff within two to five years of retirement in navigating the transition with clarity, purpose, and connection.
Workshop Overview
Dates: September 28–29, 2026
Format: Two half-day, in-person sessions
Location: UCSF Mission Bay (details provided upon successful application to the program)
Cost: Free
This small-group experience of approximately 30 participants combines guided reflection, peer dialogue, practical planning, and insights from UCSF retirees.
Enrollment will be on a first-come, first served basis for those within the intended audience and a waitlist will be maintained if more spaces become available.
