Hoteling Hub at Parnassus

Located on the 5th and 6th floors of the Clinical Sciences Building

**UPDATE July 2026: The DOM Hoteling Workstations are moving to Zoom Workspace as the reservation system of record. CSB-5 will transition first starting 7/27/26. 

Workstations

Each workstation is equipped with:

  • Universal docking station with USB-C plug
  • One or two monitors
  • Keyboard and mouse
  • Adjustable height desks
Desk located in the Clinical Sciences Building

Instructions (Zoom Workspace on CSB-5)

  1. Log into Zoom on either your desktop app, mobile app, or web app. Additional information on Zoom Workspace can be found here.
  2. Reserve your space (recurring reservations are OK for a one month span)
  3. Swipe your badge to enter the building and floor (reach out to your division administrator if you are unsure if you have badge access to the floor)
  4. Plug in and enjoy the workspace!

Instructions (EMS on CSB-6)

  1. Request access to book a space (one-time request)
  2. Once access is granted, log into the EMS system via MyAccess to make reservation
  3. Reserve your space (recurring reservations OK for one month span)
  4. Swipe your badge to enter building and floor
  5. Plug in and enjoy the workspace!

Space Usage Guidelines

In order to make the space work for all users, we expect everyone to do their part to keep the workspace clean and to minimize disruption to neighboring colleagues.

  • Book your space in advance via Zoom Workspace (CSB-5) or EMS in MyAccess (CSB-6)
  • Cancel your reservation if you can no longer make it
  • Conversations and Zoom meetings should be taken in focus or huddle rooms so as not to disturb others' work
  • Focus rooms are first come, first served
  • Huddle rooms can be reserved in advance on EMS
  • Clean your desk and dispose of trash/recycling in the central bins before leaving
  • Keep furniture in the same position that you found it
  • Close all windows at the end of the day

CSB 6th Floor Plan

The CSB 6th floor hoteling stations will be unavailable from March 2025 to May 2026 due to construction.

  • Lactation room on floor 5 (Badge access required)
