BearBuy can be used to pay invoices and honorariums as well as to purchase office supplies and catering.

Forms

Non-Catalog
To request services, use the Amount-based PO Form, Professional Services / Independent Consulting Form, or another form that is specific to the type of service you are looking to purchase.

Amount–based PO
Use this form to create a new PO (purchase order).

Payment Request
This is the 1x payment form used to pay vendor invoices when there is no PO already in place.

Change Order Request
Use this form when closing a PO and removing the lien.

Facility Rental

Offsite facility rental (multiple hotel guest rooms, conference facility)

After the Fact
https://supplychain.ucsf.edu/after-fact-purchase-orders 
Use this form when the vendor has already provided services and you need to pay the invoice without an existing PO.

Meeting and Entertainment Payment
Use this form when you are paying a vendor that is food and beverages related. Important notes: Cannot exceed the cost per person limit, must include an attendees list, and must include the business purpose.

Catering

All catering should be ordered through America To Go (ATG) or Moffitt Catering. When appropriate, the Procurement Card can also be used.  Visit: https://supplychain.ucsf.edu/card-programs for more information.

Most commonly used vendors for supplies:
